People often say that Your skin’s beauty depends upon what you put inside your body. To some extent, this is true, as our inside is important but the outer skin is your first layer of defense mechanism against the outer world.

Your outer skin gives a complete map of how healthy your inside body is. Skin is not only an indicator of your inside physical health but your mental health also depends on your skin. When you have good skin you feel confident. Therefore, make sure you take good care of your skin. Moisturizer is a skin barrier that protects your skin to maintain its natural balance. Therefore, after washing your face with the cleanser, always apply a moisturizer as it will restore the barrier of your skin making it strong, soft and supple. To save your skin from harmful radiations of the skin, sunscreen must be a must in your skincare routine and it should be applied 20 minutes before going out in the sun.
